Prices shown exclude shipping and packaging charges. All orders are processed for shipment FOB Lexington, KY. We ship USPS, UPS Ground, and UPS Freight. Due to the many variations encountered when shipping (size, weight, quantity, packaging type, destination, fuel surcharges, etc.) it is difficult to determine the actual cost of shipping in advance. We estimate shipping costs by using this percentage based system: $4.95 Minimum and 20% of orders over $25.00. This amount is charged on your credit card or Paypal account upon the initial order. Once the actual shipping and handling costs are determined, we then CREDIT the difference, if any, to your credit card or Paypal account.

Grant Logan Copper cannot be responsible for any damages which occur in transit or from mishandling.

Deliveries should be opened immediately upon receipt. If any damage is detected, save the crate, packing material, bill of lading, etc. If possible photograph the crate and damaged items. Contact Grant Logan Copper and we will assist you in filing your claim with the carrier.

Grant Logan Copper will make every effort to work with the buyer on their construction deadlines. But, Grant Logan Copper assumes no responsibility for any cost or damages caused by delays or failure of the product to arrive on time or intact.
